Send a request for a calibration quotation to info.metrology@kebs.org. Include the official name and address of the company or individual as it should appear on the certificate, equipment name, make and model, measurement range, and whether calibration should be done onsite or at KEBS.; A customer liaison officer will contact the laboratory and provide a quotation or seek clarification.; Present the quotation to the KEBS cash office for a proforma invoice containing payment details for eCitizen.; Make the payment and deliver the equipment to KEBS. For onsite calibration, KEBS officers will contact you to plan the visit.
